Delete your account

You can delete your Faltastik account and all data tied to it at any time. There are three ways: in the app, from the web dashboard, or by e-mail.

1) In the app

Tap Settings > Account > Delete My Account and confirm. Your account is scheduled for deletion.

2) On the web

Sign in and use the "Delete my account" button on Dashboard > Settings > My Data. If you are already signed in, the same button is right below.

3) By e-mail

If you cannot sign in, e-mail [email protected] from your registered address with the subject "Hesap silme talebi" (account deletion request). Writing from the same address is enough to verify you; we answer within 30 days.

What is deleted

Once deletion completes, the following is permanently removed:

• Your profile (name, e-mail, birth details) and the account itself
• All readings and history (coffee, tarot, dream, palm, face and the rest)
• Favourites, notes and your reader memory (everything your reader remembers)
• Uploaded coffee, palm and face photos
• Notification records and device registrations
• Any remaining Insight balance and in-app purchase entitlements

What is kept

An anonymised billing summary of purchases (amount, date, product) is retained for 10 years as required by tax law. It cannot be linked back to you.

Timing

Your account and data are permanently deleted 30 days after the request and cannot be recovered. Until then the account stays usable; signing in again within those 30 days (for example after signing out, or on another device) cancels the request.

A subscription bought on the web by card is cancelled automatically when your account is deleted (at the end of the 30 days). App Store or Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled separately in the store; deleting the account does not cancel them.
