This Cookie Policy explains which cookies are placed on your device when you use Faltastik and how you can manage your preferences.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit our site. We use them to manage your session, remember your preferences and improve the platform.
2. Cookie Categories
2.1 Necessary Cookies
Without these cookies, core service functions cannot operate. They cannot be disabled through our consent panel.
- Session cookie: manages your login session and form security (CSRF).
- Security cookies (Cloudflare): set by our Cloudflare infrastructure for content delivery and bot/DDoS protection.
2.2 Preference Cookie
Lets us remember your cookie and privacy choices.
- ftk_consent: stores your cookie consent preferences; kept in your browser for 1 year.
2.3 Analytics Cookies (consent-based)
Help us understand, in anonymised form, how the platform is used. Enabled only if you consent to analytics cookies.
- PostHog: product analytics; page-view and feature-usage data is processed on servers in the EU region.
2.4 Error Monitoring / Session Replay (consent-based)
To help us diagnose technical issues, we enable Sentry's session replay feature only if you give consent.
- Sentry Session Replay: a technical recording of on-screen interactions around the time of an error; personal data (PII) is masked before recording.
3. We Do Not Use Advertising Cookies
Faltastik does not use any third-party advertising or tracking cookies for targeted advertising purposes.
4. Managing Your Preferences
You can update your non-essential cookie choices at any time via the cookie preferences page or through your browser settings. To re-open the consent banner, clear the ftk_consent cookie from your browser.
