The fine coffee sediment remaining at the bottom of the cup after Turkish coffee is brewed. It is the raw material for symbol formations in fortune reading. Quality grounds come from finely ground authentic Turkish coffee.
Cooling Time
The waiting period after the cup is turned before the reading begins. Usually 5-10 minutes. Cooling can be accelerated by placing a metal coin on the bottom of the cup.
